30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. We recommend trying your product for at least a few nights to experience its benefits before requesting a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used sleep masks and pillowcases may not be eligible for return unless defective.

To request a return, please contact us at support@pomellis.com and include your order number and the email used at checkout.

Return Process

To complete a return:

Return Approval — Our team will provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Ship the Item — Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@pomellis.com and include clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Damage caused by normal wear, improper use, or accidental damage is not covered.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery times, delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control may occur. POMELLIS is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes, refunds, or reshipments.
